Looking more specifically at the three Abrahamic faiths, it is quite apparent that the message is not only similar in context, but in syntax as well:
Judaism: ” What is hateful to you, do not do to your neighbor “: This is the Torah. All the rest is commentary. Hillel, Talmud, Shabbath 31a
Christianity: “In everything, do to others as you would have them do to you, for this is the law and the prophets” New Testamet. Mathew 7:12
Islam: In the Islamic scriptures Hatiths, (Nawawi, 13th Hadith) are writings that go back to sayings of the Prophet Muhammad) states: “Not one of you truly believes until you wish for others what you wish for yourself.”
